NetTours Limited was established by travel professionals who have spent more than two decades in the travel industry, with varied expertise of tour operation, travel retail, luxury travel and specialist tourism.
One of the founders and the team leader is Andy Fixler, who started his career in the travel industry at the age of 19 and has become a true travel professional for the past quarter of a century. Andy has always been very passionate about travel and his job roles. He has always liked challenges, and finding creative solutions, and he has gained a vast knowledge and experience within tourism. Apart from working in the leisure sector, Andy has had the opportunity to teach his passions (travel & tourism and business, what else?) at various colleges. He has also had the chance to follow his childhood dreams in the entertainment industry as a performer. Andy always keeps up-to-date with trends, developments and changes in travel and he has always been fond of industry related technology and systems. Above all, the most crucial and supremely significant focus for Andy is customer service. He has always been keen to provide this service at the highest possible standards, and he holds his team to the same such standards.
Having spent all those long years in travel & tourism, our team at NetTours Limited has a wide array of connections worldwide within our industry, which we have been maintaining over the years. We can proudly say we have friends all over the world, meaning that we can provide our customers with the best services.
Our concept in such an ‘online world’ is being customer centric. Our team has always believed in the Customer First Approach, there is always human interaction, since our other motto we live by is:
